- Please go to reception at least 30 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket.
- Average visit length is 3 hours, which gives you time to explore all the areas.
- Last admissions are 2 hours before closing time.
- The gift shop and restaurant are open during the site’s opening hours.

- The ticket office of the Grotte Chauvet 2 Ardèche closes 15 minutes before the last tour of the day.
- We accept “chèques vacances” (French holiday vouchers). If you wish to use yours, please buy your tickets at reception.
- Without a prior booking, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee availability on a tour; we therefore recommend that you come early in the day.
