The chef, Thierry Lennon, offers an inspired menu, highlighting the region’s culinary heritage: chicken with crayfish, maoche sausage, smoked trout, country cold meats, salad & roasted vegetables, picodon and squash seeds, lou pisadou , sweet chestnuts … will make up a menu cooked on site and rooted in the mountains of the Ardèche.
